Save the NEW date!

After careful consideration, and in light of the ongoing COVID-19 lockdowns in NSW, the ACT and Victoria, we've decided to move Better Together 2022, our 5th National LGBTIQ+ Conference, to the middle of next year.

Initially scheduled for January, the new dates for our 5th National LGBTIQ+ Conference will now be 17-18 June 2022 at the Cairns Convention Centre.

We believe rescheduling Better Together 2022 is the best course of action at this time. We want as many people as possible around Australia to be able to participate in the conference (in person). We hope that this extra time will give us a better chance to stage a national event of this size, maximise in-person attendance and with everyone's safety in mind.

We're excited to host Better Together 2022 during Pride Month (again), and what's more, the weather in far-north Queensland will be perfect for escaping the southern winter!

If you've already purchased a ticket, your registration will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. Thank you for being registering early!

The Moore Reef Tour (19 June) and other community and training events in Port Douglas (20-21 June) will continue to be part of Better Together 2022.

The details regarding these add-on events will be confirmed by the end of the year. The latest information will always be available on our website.

The latest information will always be available here on our website.

The deadline for session proposals will be extended to February 2022 and will stay open until then. Conference scholarships will continue to be open.
